What is the difference between 2700K, 3000K and 4000K
2700K light is considered very warm, 3000K warm, and 4000K is natural light.

Is it possible to change the position of the connection system of the Applique version lamp?
Yes it is possible, you need to tell us the exact location where you want the attachment.
Is the transformer external or internal to the lamp?
The transformer is built into the lamp.
Is it possible to customize the lamp in length and wattage?
Yes however, in this case the transformer must be housed externally.
Is the lamp dimmable?
The lamp itself is dimmable, however, a Triac dimmer (small size 5.8cmx4.5cmx2.5cm) is needed to be housed in the 503/506 box, to be controlled with a normally open button.
Is the lamp adjustable in height in the hanging version?
Yes the lamp is adjustable in height.
In the ceiling version, can you see the connection between the lamp cable and the power supply coming out of the ceiling?
The lamp remains at ceiling rows, the connection remains within the same.
What is the difference between Milk, black and prismatic diffuser?
Direct light (downward), tends to illuminate the area below well, while if over light upward, due to reflections from the walls and ceilings tends to distribute better throughout the room.
Diffusers are elements in the linear lamps, from where light escapes.
They are composed of PMMA and can be:
Opals (Milk White), Black and Prismatized.
Indecision in choosing a cover is one of the most frequently asked questions by our customers. Indeed, it is not always straightforward to understand which one is the most correct one for one’s installation.
Opal Diffuser (Milk White)
Excellent light transmission: Indicative loss 30-35%
Homogeneous light diffusion: Reduced detachment between LEDs (eliminates speckling between LEDs).
More widely used.
Black Diffuser
Light transmission: Indicative loss 50-55%
Brightens light.
Example warm light 3000K becomes 3500K
Homogeneous light diffusion.
Aesthetically very good with elements of black or clad in corten, concrete or travertine.
Prismatized Diffuser
Light transmission: Indicative loss 10-15%.
The prismatic diffuser is mainly used in working environments for direct light, where it is necessary to decrease glare, that is, the annoyance given by the light source. (UGR<19)
