MG Visio Srl guarantees only the material integrity of the Products at the time of delivery (hereinafter, the “MG Visio Srl Warranty”).

Any defects covered by the MG Visio Srl Warranty must be reported by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 10 (ten)
days from the date of delivery.
In case of operation of the MG Visio Srl Warranty, the Customer will be entitled only to the replacement of the damaged Products upon return of the same,
being excluded the right of the Customer to compensation for any damage, even further.
The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of Products are borne by MG Visio Srl.

Without prejudice to what has already been described above, MG Visio Srl provides a two-year warranty on the Products.
Technical assistance and warranty work on the Products are carried out, where applicable, in the laboratories of MGvisio,
according to the terms and conditions set out in the documentation attached to the Products themselves.
In particular, MG Visio Srl makes no warranty as to the compatibility of the Products with other Products or equipment used by the Customer,
nor does it make any warranty regarding the suitability of the Products for the specific use thought by the Customer.

Without prejudice to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence of MG Visio Srl is as of now agreed that, if it is established that the liability of MG Visio Srl
for any reason to the Customer – including the case of total or partial non-performance of the obligations assumed by MGVisio E-Shop
to the Customer as a result of the execution of an order – the liability of MG Visio Srl may not exceed the price
of the Products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute arose.
