1. RIGHT AND EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, the Customer (if he/she qualifies as a “consumer” within the meaning of Article 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the Products
ordered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Products.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer, without giving reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us by an explicit statement, no later than the times indicated above, for example:

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Withdrawal from the contract, all payments made to us will be refunded to the Customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from any choice of a type of delivery
other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.

Such refunds will be made using the same method of payment as was used for the initial transaction, unless Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, Customer shall not incur any costs as a result of such a refund.

Refunds may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer proves that he or she has returned the goods.

2. RETURNS
Returned goods must be returned or delivered to:

without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the Customer informed us of his/her withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the expiration of the 14-day period.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

3. LOSS OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer if the Products purchased
were made according to the Customer’s requirements, are customized.

MG Visio Srl recommends that the Client:

– check the condition of the delivered Products before signing the acknowledgement of receipt,
and in particular that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the shipment;

– Check that the packaging is undamaged, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered;

– Verify the integrity of the content.

In case of discrepancies, the customer may refuse to accept the package by signing his or her refusal.

Returned goods must be returned in resale condition.
